All students who are entering the 7th grade and any student playing sports will need a school physical. If you have received notification of immunizations needed from the school nurse, please bring documentation that you have received the required immunizations with you to registration.  You need to have these taken care of before returning to school. All students entering the 8th grade are required to have a Tdap (Tetanus Booster) and a MCV (Meningitis) vaccine before returning, unless you have had one in the last 2 years.  Please note that if you have an overdue library book, textbooks, negative lunch balance, or any other fines, these will need to be taken care of before the beginning of the new school year.
