Registration for Wellsville-Middletown Junior High and High School

Wellsville-Middletown R-I Junior and Senior High announces registration dates for the 2016-17 school year to be held Wednesday, August 3, for seniors and juniors; Thursday, August 4, for 7th-10th grade students.  Students in grades 7th through 12th will be able to pick up schedules, fill out registration papers, pay for breakfast/lunches, and check on any immunizations needed during this time.  All parents and/or guardians are encouraged to come in with your student(s).  The high school office will be open from 8:30 to 3 p.m.

All students who are entering the 7th grade and any student playing sports will need a school physical. If you have received notification of immunizations needed from the school nurse, please bring documentation that you have received the required immunizations with you to registration.  You need to have these taken care of before returning to school. All students entering the 8th grade are required to have a Tdap (Tetanus Booster) and a MCV (Meningitis) vaccine before returning, unless you have had one in the last 2 years.  Please note that if you have an overdue library book, textbooks, negative lunch balance, or any other fines, these will need to be taken care of before the beginning of the new school year.

If you are a new student in grades 7-12, please check in at the high school office on Friday, August 5.   In order to enroll, you will need proof of residency, birth certificate, immunization records, and a physical.

There will be an open house for the junior high and high school from 3:30-5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 16. The first day of school is Thursday, August 18.    Wellsville-Middletown runs on a four day week, there will be no school held on Mondays.   The junior high and high school will be in session from 7:50 a.m.-3:38 p.m.

Registration for Wellsville-Middletown Elementary

Wellsville-Middletown R-I Elementary School announces registration dates for the 2016-17 school year to be held Wednesday, August 3, through Friday, August5. Elementary Registration will be held in the Wellsville-Middletown Elementary Gym.  All parents and/or guardians are encouraged to come in to fill out registration papers, pay for breakfast/lunches, and check on any immunizations needed during this time.  The elementary office will be open from 8:30 to 3 p.m.

If you are a new student in grades K-6, you may also register during this time.   In order to enroll, you will need proof of residency, birth certificate, social security card, immunization records, and a physical.

There will be an open house for K-6th Grade on Tuesday, August 23, from 5:30-7:00 p.m.  The first day of school is Thursday, August 18.     Wellsville-Middletown will operate on a four day week, there will be no school held on Mondays.   The elementary school day will be in session from 7:54 a.m.-3:38 p.m.
